Yes. Lab-grown and natural diamonds are quality-checked and typically accompanied by documentation covering cut, colour, clarity and carat.

Yes. They have the same optical and physical properties as mined diamonds. The difference is origin: they are grown in a controlled environment rather than extracted from the earth.

Yes. Metal colour, diamond shape, carat, engraving and chain length can be confirmed on WhatsApp or through the Customise page before production begins.

Yes. We ship across India and internationally with tracking and insurance. Duties and shipping are confirmed before dispatch.

Most pieces are made to order, so general returns are limited. In special cases we review unused items with original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are not returnable.

Keep pieces away from harsh chemicals, store them in a soft pouch, and clean with lukewarm water and a soft brush. A professional clean once a year keeps the setting secure.
