We provide free engraving such as a date/number wherever possible

Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Each item has its own timeframe for delivery, generally mentioned above the options area for each product. Loose lab-created diamonds are shipped between 2–7 days from the date of order.
Upgraded shipping methods help deliver your items faster once they are shipped; however, this does not accelerate the processing time before the order is shipped.
